The Dress Circle has announced that on Saturday 10 May Philip Quast and lots of other musical theatre performers (including "Old Friends" Louise Gold, Caroline Sheen, Summer Strallen & Liz Robertson) are going to pay a visit to the shop to serve as "extra staff" for the day and have a chat with fans. The event is being organised in aid of The Theatrical Guild (£1.00 of every item sold will be donated to TTG). Full details on the Dress Circle website.

"La Cage aux Folles" transfer probably reported until the autumn

2nd April 2008
Still no official updates from the Menier Chocolate Factory management, but according to the most reliable rumour around at the moment (see BroadwayWorld Message Board) plans for a transfer seem to have been shelved until September due to casting problems.

"La Cage aux Folles" transfer still undecided

26 March 2008
Despite the recurring rumours about a confirmed transfer of La Cage aux Folles to the West End as early as April, the Menier Chocolate Factory management are keeping their cards close to their chest. According to their latest news update they "are still in discussions about a West End transfer, and would like to thank everyone who has emailed or called to request further information or give their support". The waiting goes on!
