Hello there. Thanks to all that came to our Cats in Paris gigs over the weekend, we all had a right giggle. This was filmed in Oxford where we stayed after one of the nights.

I like shark rings, I think you should too.

I have a deathly horrible illness cold thing today, my nose is basically made of snot. Does anyone want any snot, I have loads of it?

Hopefully this update is going ahead as planned, as I am not at home, I am in London or Cambridge or Oxford or something doing music shows, and have left the powers of PHP dynamic web design to auto update for me on the stroke of midnight!

It's an exciting world, this future place where we live, 2008.

My updates were supremely gash before Christmas, but I have a system now that will help me. That system is top secret, and I will tell you it: remember what day it is. Ah, easy.

My annoying but also quite rewarding busyness has made my updates rather bullshit of late, I am quite aware of that. Zorry! I'll try and be better from now on.

My band's doing a nativity play on Thursday, and a set of music too, yap. It's at Cafe Saki in Manchester, and should be a hoot. If you can't come you're rubbish and I'll kill you.

Christmas is almost here! There will be a comic on Friday- the last of the year, then in the the new year everything will be back to normal. Mmmmm... normal!

Yes I had a week off as I was so busy. Sorry about that. I tried to reply to every email last week from 'angry' people who wanted a comic bad, if I didn't, don't blame me, blame Jesus.

But we're back on track now! All the way to Christmas. As you might be able to tell I have whapped up our Christmas decorations and I am now officially in the seasonal vibes.

Friday means great things! Woot!

Ah, so, firstly, if any of you went down to our gig last night in London, six thousand sorries, Ben's car died on the motorway and we had to be towed home and then moan about not being able to get down and do songs to cool kids. SADNESS!

At least it meant I could do this comic on time, so, yap.

Freerice.com is amazing. I can't stop doing it. And I can't get passed level 42. It's doing my balls in.

So... if any of you are in swirly wirly London town come to this gig here what I'm playing on Thursday and be my friend, I can only imagine it will be great. If you're more into the cotton picking North of England rather than the eel-boshing South then I recommend seeing Dan Deacon in Manchester next week as my band are supporting which can only mean lovely things.

Sorry there was no comic last Friday, busy things happened.

Hello everybody. Here's an interesting tip: don't use the grammatical intensifier "dualcore" to describe how hot people/ things are because it's a bit too geeky to get away with.

I have learnt this through experience.

I should let you all know about this gig I'm playing in smokey wokey London town next week which should be a hoot.

Also, if you thought James Blunt was simply cockney rhyming slang for cunt I advice you check this out.

There are other perks to having kids too, such as the fact they look kinda like you so you don't need to buy MIRRORS.

Other things that are good is that you can make life, which is like playing God, so you can be all like "on the first day, I created life!" and then cackle heaps.

I can't think of any other reasons. Be sure to let me know.

What else is news? Dirty Projectors are playing in Manchester soon and for that I am very happy.

How's that for a twist, eh? Almost as good as Michael Knight Shayamalanam, I'm sure you're all thinking.

Sorry this was a bit late. I tried to squeeze it in yesterday but I was doing that thing where you potter around, sipping drinks, chatting to familiar faces and strangers, dancing to Y.A.C.H.T. That kind of thing. Great gig last night actually, followed by some life changing karaoke.

This tale will be concluded on Friday so be sure to zcheck it out. This plot was first concieved last summer, and some of you may have recieved a similar tale as a secret bonus for signing up to the mailing list. But it's a tale worth telling properly, so here 'tis.
