3 New Pages Up!

These pages actually go at the top. So what was page 1 before is now page 4. For the longest time we've kinda wanted to have a proper introduction to the comic, and for a while now we've sorta been kicking it around. We've finally gotten around to actually doing it. So to check out the new stuff, go to page 1.

Bear in mind that if you have recently looked at any comic images, you may need to do a fresh reload on them. Due to the way our comic system works, the only realistic way of adding new pages to the very top of the comic was to rename all the images. So every image has a different name than it did before, meaning the pages you're supposed to be seeing may not be the ones you're seeing until you reload. If you've recently looked at what was page 1, you'll need to do a fresh reload of page 1 to see the new page 1.

We've also added the map to the website. This is the map we've been using since the beginning for internal reference. We figured this would be a good time to just put it on the website. Hopefully this and the introduction together will help put the story together a bit more for those of you who are interested.

All this work on the intro pages has delayed my production of the ACTUAL next page yet, but now that all of that is out of the way, I can get to work.

Page 38 is up!

Told you I'd have it up on Monday. I am pretty happy with this page. The design of the Kesselbeast has been sorta very malleable and up in the air from the very start, and only very recently have I put it in stone. The brief appearances they made on pages 19 and 3 will need to be updated once I get the time (as well as a lot of the other messed up art that's in the comic, particularly in the earlier pages).

Additionally, I updated the vote sketch. The first part of making the page (after storyboarding) is going into this storyboards (which are usually little more than scribbles and notes) and sketching, in low res, the figures and characters. This is what this looks like.

There recently appeared to be the existence of some kind of rabbit hole, now said rabbit hole appears to be getting deeper. In other news, I updated the vote sketch to something I feel is pretty sharp. So do me a favor and check it out! Thanks!

Art Commissions

I'm now taking requests for art by commission. Basically, I'll draw stuff for you if you pay me. :) I don't really know yet what to ask for or what the interest will be, so pricing structure is really flexible right now. Check here for details.
